1. Text message reminders

AKSELI automatically reminds patients about their appointments with text messages. When resources are scarce, it is important that appointments are not missed because patients forget to come.

2. No queuing at check-in

According to our clients, the self-service kiosk will “wipe out queues”. Patients can check in quickly and easily by showing their Kela card at the kiosk, which also checks their contact information.

3. Protect your privacy

The self-service kiosk prints out a receipt for the client showing the appointments in the right order. Patients are called in with queue numbers, so their names no longer need to be called out. The info screen also clearly indicates the right treatment room.

4. Easy payment

The invoice will be sent to your home automatically, and you don’t need to go make the payment in person.
