X-akseli is a Finnish IT service company. Its main product, Akseli, is a tool for managing customer flow and for making healthcare professionals’ work easier. We are very proud to say that we are the market leader in customer flow management services in the well-being and healthcare sector!
Our goal is to introduce comfort, speed and efficiency to customer flows and work processes. When collaborating with us, our customers benefit from our experience, vision, and innovative service solutions that have contributed to more efficient customer flow and healthcare professionals’ well-being for more than 11 years now.
Our employees bring together extensive expertise on the healthcare sector and technology in a unique blend. In our operations, we rely on the power of collaboration and long-term customer and employment relationships. We think we have succeeded in achieving these goals because our longest employment and customer relationships have continued from the beginning of our operations until this day.
X-akseli’s story goes back to 2008. Since then, a lot has happened. We won our first public tender in 2011. Since then, we have been successful in several bidding processes and have expanded at a steady rate. In recognition of our innovativeness, we have made it onto Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 ranking three years running.
In 2018, we acquired Tieto Finland Oy’s self check-in business and since then, we have developed these customer relationships even further. In the course of our history spanning 11 years, we have succeeded in becoming the market leader in our sector and we continue to grow rapidly. We are now looking to break new ground internationally.
X-akseli wants to support healthcare processes by contributing to more efficient customer flow management and by helping healthcare professionals and customers to come together in the right place, at the right time.
